Cancellation Policy: If you need to make any changes to your reservation, including cancellations or rescheduling, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your booking. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being charged at 100%.
Age Restrictions: Persons must be 16 years or above to use the spa or have a treatment.
Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions or have recently undergone surgery or illness, it's important to inform us before your arrival. This way, we can provide you with appropriate advice on suitable treatments. We have specially trained oncology therapists, if you have had cancer in the past or are currently living with cancer, please inform the team. The team reserve the right to decline a treatment, or, use of the facilities if is not in the best interest of the guest.
Arrival Time: Be sure to arrive on time for your appointment, arriving late may result in a shortened session. We will do our best to accommodate you, but punctuality is crucial.
